At Lavenham, we take pride in the quality of our British-made outerwear; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 28 days of receipt. All returned goods must be in their original, unworn condition with all garment tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your jacket in its original packaging, ensuring the return form provided in your delivery is included inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
